Our Story and Sacred Mission
Uniting Leaders - Empowering Ministries - Impacting Nations
Fellowship Ministerial Alliance United, Inc. (FIMA-U) is established to Unite Leaders, Equip Ministries, and Impact Nations.
Also, to Empower Ministry Leaders to Grow Together, Lead with Purpose, and Advance God's Kingdom with Greater Impact

Born from Divine Calling and Pastoral Care
Apostles Wilbert and Gloria Holden-Scott carry a Divine calling to gather, strengthen, and cover ministry leaders who labor in isolation. Collectively, over 80 years of dedicated pastoral care, biblical counseling, and apostolic mentorship, they have walked alongside thousands through complex transitions, grief, and spiritual warfare.
Under their spiritual burden, FIMA-U was birthed as a sacred fellowship free from competition, comparison, and judgment. Our mission is to unite and empower ministry leaders to grow together, lead with purpose, and advance God’s Kingdom with greater impact.

Team-Based, Non-Isolated Leadership
Scripture models shared leadership, yet many Leaders still shoulder the burden alone. FIMA-U believe the next generation of ministry advancement will be built through meaningful relationships, shared wisdom, and unified action.
FIMA-U provide a safe, spiritually governed sanctuary designed to heal, strengthen, and equip leaders at the deepest levels. By cultivating team-based ministry, we expand Kingdom impact while proactively preventing ministerial burnout.

A Unified Alliance across every Calling
Together we lead, together we transform. FIMA-U intentionally support and connect Apostles, Bishops, Pastors, Prophets, Evangelists, Teachers, Elders, Ministers, Missionaries, Chaplains, and leaders across Marketplace and Para-Church Ministries.
Applications for Regional Directors are open as FIMA-U prepare for a global network of leaders who understand Kingdom Ministry.
Gather My Leaders. Strengthen My Generals. Build a Fellowship where Integrity, Accountability, and Unity are The Foundation"

FIMA-U Tenets of Faith and Code of Doctrine
The Holy Scriptures: We believe the Bible to be God's inspired and only infallible and authoritative Word (Hebrews 4:12; II Timothy 3:15-17; I Peter 1:23-25).
The Godhead: We believe that one God is eternally existent in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.
Fall and redemption: We believe in the fall and redemption of man (Genesis 1:26-31, 3:1-7; Romans 5:12-21). Man's only hope of redemption is through the blood of Jesus Christ (Psalms 103:3; Romans 3:24; 10:8-10; Ephesians 2:1).
Evidence of salvation: We believe in the inward evidence to the believer of salvation through the direct witness of the Spirit.
Baptism in the Holy Spirit: We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues. All believers are entitled to, and should ardently expect and earnestly seek, the promise of the Father (Acts 2:4; 10:44-46; 19:2-6).
The Church: We believe the Church is the body of Christ, the habitation of God through the Spirit.
Total prosperity: We believe in total prosperity—spiritual, mental, physical, financial, and social (John 3:3; II Corinthians 5:17-21; Romans 10:9-10; II Timothy 1:7; Isaiah 53:4-5; Matthew 8:17; I Peter 2:24; 3 John; Malachi 3:10-11; Luke 6:38; II Corinthians 9:6; Deuteronomy 28:1-14; Proverbs 3:4).
The blessed hope: We believe Jesus is coming again to gather all His saints to ever be with Him (I Corinthians 15:51-52; I Thessalonians 4:16-17; II Thessalonians 2:1-3).
The Millennial Reign: We believe in the return of our Lord Jesus Christ with His saints from Heaven to rule and reign for one thousand years on earth, followed by a new Heaven and a new Earth (II Thessalonians 1:7; Revelation 19:11-16; 20:1-7; Revelation 21).
The Lake of Fire: Those who have not accepted the redemptive work of Jesus Christ will suffer eternal separation from the Godhead (Revelation 19:20; 20:10-15).
Biblical marriage: We believe in the Biblical definition of marriage between a male declared a male at birth and a female declared a female at birth. No exceptions.
